Exotic and Funky Merlyn

One of my unique one of a kind creations. This plate is made with a 12 inch striped dinner plate plate, a 8 inch decorative salad plate  ,8 inch graphic soup bowl, and a Moscow mule mug. They are put together by hand drilling the plates for extra stability. They also have a strong industrial adhesive that is waterproof and weatherproof.  They are put together with rubber washers bolts and nuts. These flowers never need watering or sun, but I do recommend that they be stored indoors in the winter. It is attached at the back with a nut and bolt. We include a 24” copper tube mounting stake assembly for outdoor display.  It can also be displayed indoors on a plate easel. Each plate is one of a kind and put together with repurposed plates, vintage glass and assorted baubles. My husband and I sourced these creations through auction, thrift stores and rummage. We had so much fun and learned so much about vintage dishes and glass along the way. The perfect combination of creativity and shopping two things I love. My daughter-in-law in so unique. She is from India and the first time I saw her in a sari I was impressed .Her heritage is something to be proud of. My family did take a trip to India and this bowl reminded me of the fun way Indian women dressed. The Moscow mule mug is just a fun way to remind me of all the party times we’ve had together.  And so to my wonderful daughter-in-law who has brought so much to our family Merlyn was created.
